Painting Meditation

Join us for relaxing and unwinding with a canvas and a brush!

Lacey will guide you through the meditation while you create a highly unique painting that can serve as a window into your inner world. Using art as a meditation can unlock parts of our subconscious mind and draw it forward. The act of mark-making has healing benefits that outlast the time spent creating, letting loose the tensions of everyday life and allowing you to spend time separated from whatever is happening in the outer world.

This is a process-driven art class that welcomes everyone of all artistic abilities!
